Chinese New Year, the most important festival of the year for Chinese all over the world. Ironically, Daddy and Mommy scaled down on the New Year preparations this year due to our tight schedules.Still, traditions are important and should be observed: Mommy still symbolically cleaned the house to account for the spring cleaning; New year goodies like love-letters, pineapple tarts,cookies, ba kua and cashew nuts were made available and we still went on with activities like shopping for new clothes; decorating the house with new year ornaments and preparing for Ang paos etc.
I should thank my mommy for taking good care of me despite with her busy preparation. Here are some pics to share on pre-CNY and during CNY . Have fun!
